This is a great foreign film, in the likes of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.  It's quite enjoyable and not easily found.  I have the VCD NTSC Format of the TS Screener.  The sound and picture quality are excellent, as if it was a first generation digital transfer.  A copyright banner pops up over the film screen 8 times during the play of the entire film, but it's not anything to take your eye off of the film, although it is highly noticable.
